Florida has a plethora of locations from coast to coast that make excellent RV vacations.

For travelers looking to purchase their first recreational vehicle or update what they already have to visit these locations, RV Connections is your go to RV dealer in Panama City.

With plenty of new and used vehicles available from over 20 brands, you’ll “connect” to the perfect ride from the Tiffin Allegro Bus to a Class C Forest River Forester.

Once you’re ready to go, choosing a Florida vacation spot will be next on the list. Pick a location close to home or venture out on the open road to some of Florida’s most well-known areas for fun-in-the-sun.

East Coast

Florida’s east coast will keep you busy from St. Augustine – the oldest city in the US – to the Keys. Along the way, there’s Daytona Beach and its famous Boardwalk, the Kennedy Space Center in Melbourne, Fort Lauderdale’s beautiful beaches and beautiful people, and Miami’s South Beach area and nightlife. The Art Deco area, Little Havana’s culinary delights, and family attractions such as the Miami Zoo make this a “go to” Florida destination.

Key West

Heading out of Miami, keep going across the bridge all the way to Key West. Stop at cities that make up the keys such as Islamorada, Key Largo and Marathon to enjoy the cool waters for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing. Visit Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park dating to the Civil War and take a boat ride to the Dry Tortugas.

West Coast

The Tampa Bay area has so many areas to visit. The St.Petersburg and Clearwater area has miles of golden beaches and the best seafood restaurants. Fort DeSoto has an ancient fort, Tarpon Springs has the sponge docks, Silver Springs for snorkeling, Tampa features Busch Gardens and Lowry Park Zoo, and Sarasota has pristine beaches and the Ringling Museum. These are just a few of the places you won’t want to miss.

The theme parks: Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Legoland, Islands of Adventure, and Pleasure Island, to name a few, for family fun.

Plan a visit to RV Connections and let the friendly staff at this family owned RV dealership get you going in the right direction.

The 2012 Tiffin Allegro is a great example of the type of deals available now at RV Connections.

This Allegro is a 38-foot motor home with a rear diesel pusher. It is very impressive with its elaborate paint schemes that definitely makes a statement as to its place as a top end vehicle.

The Allegro has side and rear view cameras for added safety. The belly section has storage much like a bus with pass-through compartments to accommodate 160 cubic feet of storage. The Allegro has four slides for added space.

There is a large electrically operated awning and outside speakers for outside entertaining. It also has an outside shower.

The first impression when entering the Allegro is that of serious over-indulgences. With the slides it’s huge. Decorative mortise and tenon woodword adorns the interior everywhere. The cabinets have raised panels.

The kitchen would please any chef with its ample counter space, abundance of cabinets and a pantry, raised faucets, and residential refrigerator.

Large windows with solar shade are abundant to keep everything bright . The dining room is in the form of a booth large enough to seat 6 adults.

The living room has a large HDTV and stereo complete with CD changer and DVD player. The residential size furniture is of the highest quality.

The restroom has a glass enclosed residential size shower and a skylite with a vent fan.

The bedroom has a TV and queen sized bed with reading lights, very attractive headboard, overhead storage cabinets, and large closets.

A tour of the Tiffin Allegro guarantees to leave you with a new perspective on a home away from home. It compares to an upscale home in furnishings and amenities. While this home is red tagged, it can be purchased for the price of a used motor home.

Work stress takes years off your life, and in many cases it is felt by the rest of the family. There is no better way to get away from the stress while simultaneously reestablishing family ties than with an RV. A family that play together stays together. Now is the time to make memories through family unity.
